Compulsory Company Manpower Report and Company Regulation

Act No. 7 of 1981 on Report Obligatory in the Company ( ” Law No. 7 of 1981 ” ) requires that all employers or officials to report in writing any set up , stopping , running back , move or dissolve the company to the minister or the competent authority , Employers or officials can be punished imprisonment of maximum 3 ( three ) months or a maximum fine of Rp 1.000.000 , – ( one million Rupiah ) , if it does not fulfill the obligation report obligatory.
